The homeless woman was like really skinny and stumbling around and stuff like she was strung out on something. She also looked like she had a perm. Either that, or her hair was really nappy. She did look a bit like Robert Plant. The same guy that said it later threw up on someone's wife at the Washingon Street Tavern.
