I think the car pushed it across the road.

On gameday they shut down those roads and the buses can do pretty much whatever they want. I'm guessing this bus was pulled over to allow passengers to load and this dumbass was trying to turn around and get out (having parked on the side of the road the night before or something).

Or maybe they got out when they hit the bus because you can't do much inside your car. Maybe.

No, there were police on scene - you just can't see their car in the picture. I have no idea what happened or how, but there was definitely an accident of some sort.
